As a filmmaker, I have been blessed to meet and be friends with many depressed and suicidal people. I have learned much from those who suffer from depression and have suicidal thoughts. I have learned that they often have more insight on this world than many of the so-called normal people, it is just that they have loss hope.

Therapy can be good but therapy does not replace what is missing inside..but this technique does!

Anti depression medication also comes with side effects such as weight gain, medication can also give you a numb feeling with no real highs or lows.

Medication is a step in your progress but should not be the final step.

The lack of control over the situations that you are in is causing your depression and suicidal thoughts. Medication does not give you back the control that you need. I WANT TO KILL MYSELF BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL PROBLEM I CANNOT SUPPORT MY FAMILY ANYMORE.. I HAVE MANY DEBTS TO PAY I HAVE NO PERMANENT JOB HAVE CAN I SUPPORT MY FAMILY. I agree with you that money has robbed many people of life. Your children love and need you more than college or money. Some of the greatest people in life have gone down to nothing finanially and have come back stronger. We have built a system of life where money rules us and this is sad. Chris..jobs come and go..I have had periods in life with almost NO money..you will survive and you will make it!! Your child WILL go to college ..how do i know..because suicide is based on the premise that things are bad and they must stay that way..It is based on a lie. Most of the world..governments and people are in debt..it is temporary..you will survive…your kids want you more than college but they will get to college as well. Take care and love your family

My mum took everything away from me when I was 15, she had cancer and took everything out on me, beating me senseless everyday and telling me I was nothing to her and she wished she could put me bck where I came from. I moved out and went on a mission of parties, drink and drugs to num the pain. I then run out of money, got in debt, lost my job and my home and had to come back home to her, at 30. She has closed the door on me. She cant open that door as it is too painful for her. SO that love that I have been missing for 15 years I have been trying to find in the bottom of a bottle, a bag of coke and awful men. These men have treated me very badly. I now have no job, no money, debts, a family who dont know who I am anymore. what do i do now?
